Why We Built This
A restaurant should keep the full value of its own bill. A diner should get a better experience than a marketplace app has ever given them. We think both should be true at once.
The Problem We Set Out To Fix
Most food-ordering apps take a large cut of every order -- often 20 to 30 percent -- and that cost usually finds its way back into higher menu prices, one way or another.
At the same time, diners rarely get much back for their loyalty: no ownership of their own order history, no wallet that follows them anywhere, no real visibility into where their order actually is.
We built Palateflow to close that gap on both sides: restaurants keep what they earn, and diners get a genuinely better experience -- live tracking, a wallet that works everywhere on the platform, and real rewards for coming back.
What We Believe
- A restaurant should never have to pay away a third of its own bill to be found online
- Your details belong to you -- shared with a restaurant only once you actually order from them
- You should always know exactly where your order is, without needing an app
- Loyalty should mean something real -- a wallet and rewards that actually work
“We built this so a restaurant keeps every rupee of its own bill, and a diner gets a better experience than a marketplace app has ever given them.”
